It is what it is -- protein powder.The cookies and cream is the best! The dunkin isn't too bad but I wouldn't suggest it either. I messed around and put it in my coffee one day and it wasn't terrible.

Very well taste. The donut glazed flavor is really good when you want something sweet. An the other two are good when you want to add a little bit of caffeine.
