Feel awkward writing a scathing review when UGG is so prestigious but it has to be done so that others don’t fall prey to an inferior boot model. It is very hard to get the Boots on! I bought two pairs foolishly and needed to wear them asap for a weekend event so returns were out of the question - also from the US so would’ve taken too long. I thought of trying to cut down the side so I could get my foot in but this would affect the whole style. I merely now struggle for five minutes a foot to get them on. The boot cuff is not high enough to be either warm or hide top of sock line. Each boot is a slightly different fit (one slightly bigger than the other). The instep is so low that if you have any kind of arch you will suffer. The grip of the boot is minimal and its soul is rock hard so one walks flat footedly. I spent over £150 in error for a very inferior design. Do not make the same mistake as me. Sorry UGG very disappointing.
