Available in a traditional noodle shape, couscous, spaghetti, lasagna, fettuccini and rice, its main ingredient, the Konjac plant, is native to Southeast Asia and contains Glucomannan, a dietary fiber. As a result, unlike traditional pastas which contains around 200 calories, Skinny Pasta only has nine calories per serving. With Skinny Pasta's weight management benefits, it has been endorsed by Weight Watchers as just one SmartPoint per serving. Review: Really like this. The longer you stir fry the better it tastes. ( No funky smell) just rinse lightly. Let it dry some. And it’s ready to go. Review: I loved these! They are very reminiscent of Ramen noodles, without the calories or carbs. Texture was fine - just a bit chewier than ramen, but not much. I tasted them "plain" out of the package (rinsed first), and was surprised to find they are great! I was hesitant, and I rarely like "diet" foods, but these are amazing! I've only tied the "noodle" shaped ones so far, but.... no fishy smell at all (I've read comments on that for other brands), the texture is nice - not as chewy as I feared. I used them first in a lower calorie, low carb macaroni and cheese (substituted pureed butternut squash cooked in skim milk and chicken broth with garlic) for most of the cheese, and it was delicious! The noodle shape was a bit strange for Mac & Cheese. I with they would produce these with more variety of shapes, like regular pasta, but the taste was great. Yes, they are bland, but most pasta is. Pasta seems to be more about the sauces, and these absorb the flavor of whatever you put them in. I'll update this review when I have tried other shapes, but first run was very successful, and I'm already re-ordering, as I know I'm going to be using these in quite a few recipes.

After not being able to eat pasta on my low carb diet, I decided to order Skinny Pasta. I didn’t know what to expect and I was so happy to discover that I love this product! It comes precooked in sealed pouches and the noodles have zero unpleasant odor. When mixed with sauces, Skinny Pasta provides a wonderful alternative to high carb high calorie traditional pasta. The noodles take on the flavor of the sauce and they are also very filling for almost zero calories. This product is perfect for diabetics, Keto and low carb dieters, and anyone following the Weight Watcher’s program. While Skinny Noodles are smaller and have a slightly different texture than traditional pasta, they are an absolutely wonderful pasta replacement for persons who want to reduce carbs or lose weight. Just remember to mix them with sauces to add flavor to them. I have already reordered this product twice and hope that Skinny Pasta remains on the market permanently!

These are quite good, follow instructions and rinse well before heating/cooking. It still puzzles me that persons will give a bad review for a realistic honestly good product, because they did not educated themselves on that product. Its Konjac, in different shapes/styles it never claimed to be rice grains or any other thing. If you don't need konjac to maintain a low carb diet or curb cravings, then don't buy it then argue its not flour or rice. We need to research what we are putting into our bodies, than eating things with blind and unrealistic expectation. Konjac is a basically a root vegetable that's mainly fibers that the body can not digest so it passes right through you and helps you feel full without the carbs. the Japanese has been eating it for centuries. Also please note that in some rare cases some persons can have difficulty passing konjac, so please research your new foods before you eat them. I love the noodles saute'd with oyster sauce a protein and/or vegetable
