Use this in deserts to cut sugar consumption. I cannot find them at grocery store, so order here. N

I'm a bodybuilder in a prep and this sugar free pudding mix will change your life. I add 5 grams to oatmeal, cream of wheat, cream of rice, greek yogurt or a Creami if I break out the Ninja. It adds virtually no calories but packs a punch of flavor. I rated it a 3 for value because we can't get it here in Canada without paying more. Other than that, it's a great staple!
