I think the mix is great with the moss packet, I do feel it’s very very expensive for the small amount you receive, I only managed to repot my pitcher and my Venus, I would need another bag to do my sundew and Alice and none of them are in rather large pots. I know I have used it in the base of the pots, this is to create a moisture bog, just incase I forget to water them as often as they need.

This was part of a gift for our son to create a teranium for his carnivorous plants. It did the job really well and he is delighted that his nepanthes is already showing significant growth!

It came with two packets one with sphagnum moss, the other with a pre mixed bog mix, so made life easier for repotting

I honestly believe the soil is more suited to cactus rather than carnivores plants retains to much water

Parcel arrived well in time and everything was in condition as described. Very happy!

so far it seems ok, have to wait till plants grow? Package was open when it arrived, contents a bit too fat for size of envelope
