The best electrolytes I’ve ever used, tastes great mixed in water or taken as powder with sips of water like the kid candy pixie sticks. Hydrating and helps me hold onto water better when hiking, prevents and treats dehydration and gives me more energy on long days and hard climbs. Tastes great mixed in cold or hot water.

While I appreciate that the Grapefruit flavor or Hydrant did not have stevia, monk fruit juice extract or faux sugar I did not care for the flavor. It is extremely bitter in cold water. I will try again in the winter months with hot water to see if the flavor dissipates.

My wife won't stop drinking this stuff. The good news is that it has fully replaced soft drinks for her.

I like things less sweetened generally, and the lack of fake sweeteners in this and only real cane sugar is what drew me to it. It is such a clean taste compared to the other products I’ve tried, as ALL of those use monk fruit, stevia or some other garbage that I can’t stand the taste of. Can you taste a little of the saltiness of the electrolytes in this? Sure, but I think I kind of like that? Salty+citrus is a great combo after all. Will buy again

Hydration but content is of no real value for anyone. Amazon will not accept return though unopened. Content of minerals not listed in as. Will quit ordering from Amazon as of now since they will not accept unopened product.

Product taste good. But bag does not close properly after opening. Needs to be in a jar. Or individual packets.
