They didn't work for my application
They were too stiff for my application, but that's not the reason for my rating. They're not built all that well for the weight they're designed to hold. I'd want something more substantial.

Reduce Vibration Noise
There are plenty application for these damping mounts. I have box fan hanging over my workbench that double functions as an air filter and to move air through the room. It's facing down mounted to a ceiling beam. With the dampeners added the only noise I hear is the moving of the blades. No more rattling and humming. The quality is solid. Five stars from me.

Excellent noise/vibration isolation
I use these for suspending a crawlspace dehumidifier and they work excellent. I can't even tell when it comes on unless it's silent in the house, whereas you could always hear the compressor kick on with a slight rumble. I need more of these!
