A 900% Markup For Dollar Store Goods? Someone Is Laughing All The Way To The Bank, And It Isn't Me.
I purchased these to replace a Belkin adapter that, after fifteen years, finally failed due to a broken line in the keyboard connector. Both units I received failed; one the day I received it and the other one two days later. On taking apart the plastic housing it was apparent why they failed. On each, one of the wires for the USB connector had lifted off the circuit board. The first was due to a cold solder joint, while the second was due to insufficient solder. While I could have requested a replacement for both and likely ended up with a total of four, I decided to instead break out my soldering iron and fix them myself. Both now work correctly, but how long before they fail again? The fit and finish of these is at dollar store levels and my rating reflects this. I will say that at least they can be opened and repaired, unlike the Belkin. However, if you want a quality item, this is not where you want to go.

These are it!
Many such adapters/converters work well and allow you to connect both your PS2 mouse and keyboard to a single USB port on your computer, but the Num-lock and Caps-lock lights on the keyboard don't react at all to whatever you're doing with them. With this adapter, the lights go on and off correctly.Get them while they last. And take good care of them. Because sooner or later, the world will tire of those of us who use ancient keyboards because we don't want to give up on quality.

Half is better than none
I have ordered several sets of these adapters for my Logitech Trackballs on my laptops and PCs. But only one of the sets of adapters had two that worked. The others all had dead mouse connectors. But as the title says, one out of each pair was still worth the price. Had they worked flawlessly instead of six out of eight being defective, I would have given them five stars. Still, if you want at least one good USB to mouse adapter, this is a good buy. It could be better, but hey, you pays you money and you takes you chances.

Not working well anymore
Used to work well, not anymore. Every time computer is awakening after sleep mode I have to unplug and plug the keyboard again in order to revive it. Not end of life, but very annoying. Can't comment for gaming or mouse use. Could make a good old mechanical keyboard usable again, it it was working well. Sometimes operating systems like Windows get buggy over time, malfunction could be because of that, but standard USB board works well on the same computer.

works good on 2 of my computers to hook up an older keyboard with.
I just ordered 2 more in case one quits. No complaints.Works with my ibm keyboard to use with my Dell computer. The keyboard is old but with this adapter it worksfine, types better than the new ones I have used to me.I have not used it on gaming so I did not rate it for gaming.

Don't use as a USB to PS2 Keyboard Wedge Scanner adapter.
This review is specific to a particular special use. This adapter will not support a keyboard wedge scanner connected to the ps2 keyboard port. Most likely because it is not passing the full extended ASCII character set (my take on why).I have had great success with the StarTech brand adapters that cost more for this special use. As a straight keyboard/mouse ps2 to USB adapter I have no opinion as we did not use them as such.

Works with Windows. Not with Mac, iPad, or Linux.
I wanted to connect my IBM Model M to my modern computers. This works fine with Windows and it recognizes as a generic HID keyboard. For Mac, iPad, and Linux (ThinkPad X1 Carbon), it just flashes the caps lock led and does nothing.

Didn’t work for my use.
Just didn’t work well for my use. The keyboard and mouse would be useable for a while, then disappear. Had older ps2 keyboard and mouse, new motherboard had a single split ps2, tried this but had to get usb units to actually work for my build.
