The build quality is solid, and the monitor looks good on the desk. However, the viewing quality is just okay—not very sharp or vibrant. For casual use, it works fine, but not the best if you're expecting top-tier display clarity. At this price, I feel it’s slightly expensive. This model should be priced under ₹6,000 for what it offers. Still giving 4 stars because of the durable build and decent performance overall.

Decent one with good quality output. It has built in speakers good enough to hear sound if you are in a silent room. The speakers cannot be relied upon if you are working in a noisy environment. It also has e-paper mode, which is good if you work more on MS Word or if you read story online. Value for the money paid, you can definitely go for it. The monitor has a proximity sensor in front that detects human presence and keeps the monitor screen active. Overall its a good purchase.

I use 2pcs with 4 monitors this would be a replacement for one of my dead monitor. BenQ would be my first brand i purchased in monitor segment, This is the first time i saw a brand care so much authentically about packaging, the monitor came in solid thicc thermocol which is nice and i having so many monitors all these years i feel i should compliment on the packaging cause this reduces useless headache factors like replacement for damages on delivery/shipping, pretty good👍 packaging gives you confidence to buy from the brand. Quality is solid and design is simple no silly extra showoff stupid design, gets your daily job done without problems, i bought this cause i was searching for something reliable that lasts long with daily long time casual use, this meets that requirements. pros: +Accurate price of 8k +Sturdy Build Quality (i bought BenQ based on this) +Simple design +Vesa support +Display Colors are ok but depth may need tinkering to calibrate properly. +can easily switch between 2 pc +casual gaming ok +No dead pixel. +IPS backlight bleed not noticeable to almost non existent (i have one area on top however its not noticble unless i sit really close) +hmdi cable,3pin adapter +One Cool Silent feature this monitor has is "Brightness Intelligence Gen 2 (B.I. Gen2)" its a sensor build under the monitor of the BenQ GW series i think, what it does is basically adjusts bluelight brightness based on ambient lighting condition of the room, the feature is cool if you are reading data for long time in a dark room, i personally dont use cause i tweak my gpu to control all monitor brightness individually but its useful i suppose. cons: -100hz is not that great but if you are aiming for casual use at 45hz to 75hz might work. (all monitors with 100hz tech is snake oil in all segment, a true 100hz+ would cost 30k atleast) -speakers are not loud but good feature to have in some cases when you dont have headphones around. (i will update review later after few months if need)

Good monitor for personal use. Speaker is not that great but just fine. Was surprised to see the power socket. It fits only in 16A plugs.

ZERO STARS I received the BenQ GW2490 24-inch FHD IPS Monitor in completely dead condition. The monitor does not power on at all no display, no indicator light, nothing. I tested it with multiple power cables, connections, and different systems to rule out user error. The unit is clearly dead on arrival. What makes this experience worse is the lack of support. The product is listed as replacement-only from the seller, yet the seller has not provided any effective assistance. I also contacted a nearby authorized service center, and they clearly stated they cannot help without an RMA or ticket number, which neither the seller nor Amazon is willing to provide. BenQ support has also been unhelpful, pushing responsibility back to the seller. Amazon, which usually resolves such issues quickly, has failed to intervene in this case. This has been a frustrating and unacceptable experience for a brand like BenQ and a platform like Amazon. A product arriving dead is bad enough being left without support is worse.

I am Structural Engineer and uses for designing drafting pdf annotations and structure analysis using advanced software. I found this monitor helpful for long hours and good in colors.

Por el precio es el mejor monitor que se puede comprar ahora mismo, antes tenia un monitor curvo de samsung de misma resolucion y mismo tamaño pero apenas podia llegar a los 72hz entonces decidi cambiarlo por este, ya habia escuchado en ocasiones anteriores de los monitores benq tanto por parte del ambito de trabajo como del gaming y al ser una marca con una mayor trayectoria en el sector de los monitores me decidi a comprar este sobre otras opciones con caracteristicas similares por precios casi iguales. Los colores se ven muy vivos y dependiendo tu configuracion que uses puede incluso llegarse a ver casi como si fuera un monitor oled, los reflekos en la pantalla son minimos y con el sensor de luz siempre tiene el brillo adecuado, esto es ideal tanto para largas sesiones de trabajo como para el consumo de contenido. En cuanto a la experiencia al momento de ver contenido como videos o series personalmente uso otros audifonos para escuchar el audio ya que los altavoces que tiene son de un volumen considerablemente bajo y debil pero para ciertas ocaciones pueden ser utiles y por el precio es el unico monitor que los incluye asi que pienso que estan bien como un pequeño extra. Tambien probe otros modos que tiene como el modo de progamacion que en las fotos casi no se aprecia pero en persona el cambio es bastante bueno, aumentando el contraste y resaltando mas los colores de cada elemento del codigo asi como diferenciandolo mas del fondo. En cuanto a la taza de refresco de este monitor es muy buena y la fluidez se nota bastante cuando vienes de monitores de menos hercios, lo probe con pocos juegos como minecraft, fortnite, osu y overwatch y la experiencia fue muy buena aunque no siento realmente que sea tanto como una ventaja competitiva en la mayoria de juegos, solo en osu. Por ultimo el modo epaper es uno que me interesa bastante ya que ofrece una funcionalidad de monitores que pueden llegar a valer mas de 6 veces el precio de este pero este modo unicamente hace que se vayan todos los colores, incluso podria decir que el blanco y la escala de grises en este modo se ven peor que en modos normales aun moviendo un poco las configuraciones de brillo y contraste que son los unicos parametros configurables en este modo. En general es un muy buen monitor y como dije el mejor por el precio. realmente lo volveria a comprar en un futuro que quiera comprarme un segundo monitor.

Ofis kullanımı için aldım ve kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Mavi ışık engelleyici sistem donanım tabanlı olduğu için diğer standart monitörler gibi aşırı sarı bir görüntü oluşmuyor. Ve ışık sensörü ile ortama göre ayarlaması büyük kolaylık. Fiyatına göre bu özellikler çok iyi. Tek ölü piksel çıktı ama çok gözüme takılmadığı için iade yapmadım
