Khyam Privvy Bivvy Shower/Toilet Quick Erect Tent

Very pleased with this, and the Khyam follow-up service. thankyou. Solid, spacious and easy/quick to erect and also to take down - I've owned a Khyam tent before, but still practiced in the lounge first following the instructions. Could be used a shower as well as a loo tent - but only the type of shower where the water is pumped from the floor - not strong enough to hang much weight from the top of the tent, but a shower nozzle should be fine - but I haven't tried this myself. No tent of this size/shape would survive very strong winds obviously, so check out the forecast and pitch in a sheltered if necessary.

There are cheaper privy tents available and I bought one. After a couple of uses, I realised it was poorly made and packaged and not up to even a light wind. I spent a bit more and bought a Khyam. So glad I did. Easy to put up and take down, really well made and strong and durable. Perfect!

Exactly what I wanted quick and easy to erect and take down

Actually purchased to house a telescope when attending star parties. It is easy to put up and take down, well made and left me confident my scope would be protected from the elements. It seems among those who know camping equipment, this one a good reputation based on some of the comments I heard.

This is without a doubt the best toilet / shower tent we have got. We had a £20 gelet one before and it was a nightmare. The poles split and it rusted. It was very very poor quality. The Khyam is a dream. Quick erect poles, its up in seconds. It even has a tiney flap at the back if you wanted to use it as a shower! And then to air it out it has mesh windows to let the moisture out and stops the bugs getting in. Spend the extra money and get something that will last!
