I absolutely love the scent of this pillow. I was surprised at first to notice how refreshing this cypress scent was as I removed it from the sealed plastic. First impression: the pillow itself seemed smaller than I expected, but I do think it’s the dimensions that are noted by the seller. Either way, it’s big enough to put your head on it and use it as a neck-supporting pillow, and I slept on it last night. It feels slightly cool to the touch which is actually nice because you feel more refreshed and relaxed due to the combination of buckwheat hulls and hinoki cypress flakes. The scent of the pillow is similar to walking into the forest and encountering Christmas trees that have that refreshing “clean air”, pine or fir tree, scent. Cypress trees belong to that same category in my opinion. The Hinoki cypress phytoncides is known to be insecticidal, anti microbial, and antifungal. Therefore, they may also keep pests away from where you sleep. And it’s a perfect combination with the buck wheat hulls. As off-putting as hinoki cypress may be for insects, the better it is for us humans, as it is apparently beneficial to our health. The effects can have a positive effect on our stress levels, reduce anxiety and improve our immune system. I suggest looking up “forest bathing” to read more on that subject. Either way, the materials used and the scent are all worth the price. I can see that this is going to be one of my favorite pillows, as it already helped me with my neck and shoulder pain issues that I’ve been having the past few days. One night sleeping on this and my sore neck and shoulders are already feeling much better. The pillow cover is also pleasant and a good sturdy quality, and I like how the cover is effectively doubled up. Even the inside pillow that contains the buckwheat hulls and cypress is well-made. I like that the main zippers are hidden so they don’t scratch your face or skin. Highly recommend.

Super nice and comfortable pillow. It has helped tremendously with my neck pain. I also use it as lumbar support. Excellent to travel as it is small and can fit anywhere. A very beautiful and exotic touch to your bedroom or sitting area.

It was expensive but I’m using it every night. The quality of great. I can almost just close my eyes at how expensive it was. It’s firm. It retains its shape. Zipper quality is good. The size is just right.

It's just the right size for me and very pretty. Looks small but fits under my neck and provides great support. My neck and head stays on the pillow comfortably all night. Helps to relieve my neck pain. I recommend giving it a try.

A bit too small if you are using it for sleeping, but nice cover.

Good for relieving my usual shoulder and spinal discomfort.

I got 2 of these pillows back in April(6months). I have bad neck issues. If u use the wrong kind of pillows, I will wake up with a really bad pressure headache and or a stiff neck. I’ve spent so much money on different kinds of pillows. Some will work for a few weeks and most don’t. I now have the Purple pillow and these pillows. THESE ARE AMAZING! I will never go without these pillows together with my Purple pillow. They’re awesome because I can take them on my travels as well and they’re easy to pack. They keep their shape. The quality is great. If you’re suffering from stiff neck, pressure headaches, this is the pillow for you. I also use it for my back.

Absolutely useless !!! It is about a size of a small vine bottle . Small in diameter short in length . It does smell good !!! Cant imagine what it can be used for . I was expecting a pillow size . Nope don’t waste your money.

I love this pillow. I feel my neck is so comfortable when I wake up in the morning. and smells good, but If you want regular size of pillow this is not for you, this one is relatively smaller than others You must check the size before you order.
