I ordered this berry lemonade powder to help with my irregular bowel movements. I am happy to say it has definitely made it worth the money! I’ve never been so regular. I drink a glass in the morning after breakfast, and before the end of the day, I’ve had a bowel movement. The taste isn’t the best, but it’s not awful. It mixes easily, and I love that this has a pre/probiotic blend, so I can take one less pill in the morning. I will continue to order this!

I like the flavor but it has a very strong sweet aftertaste that a lot of people who aren't used to supplement powders probably wouldn't. It's definitely not weird, earthy, and gritty like some other fiber powders, nor does it thicken the water as it sits. It's pre-biotic fiber to feed the probiotics, not a fiber replacement. That being said, the powder doesn't dissolve completely and will collect at the bottom of a glass or water bottle if not stirred or shaken while drank. I'm pretty regular so I haven't noticed a lot from the supplement benefits overall, but any extra prebiotic fiber and probiotics help and this doesn't upset my stomach.

This tastes good. It mixes very well. It's very easy to drink. I haven't been able to tell if it's working just yet but it has good ingredients and I like drinking it. It's convenient. Would recommend.

The flavor of this is delicious. I’m looking forward to taking it every day. It must be stored in the refrigerator after opening. It doesn’t have as much fiber as the other supplements I’ve taken, but it has other great ingredients that have made me overlook that.

Initially, I was excited to try this fiber plus pre-biotic and pro-biotic powder after experiencing tummy turbulence. It contains Lactobacillus, which is a helpful probiotic. Normally, I like a berry lemonade flavor. However, even after diluting the powder with twice as much water as suggested, there was still a strong artificial sweet taste. In addition to improving the flavor, I would suggest listing the ingredients in larger type. Even with reading glasses, I cannot read the ingredients and amounts per serving without using a magnifying glass. I would not choose this product in the future.
