Missing and Damaged Cycle Parts
I am writing to bring to your attention the issues with the cycle I received. Several parts are missing, including the handle bolt, gear screws, and mirror. Additionally, there are multiple scratches, areas where the color has worn off, and visible damage across various parts.Despite reaching out for a return pick-up, I have not received any timely response. Kindly address this matter urgently and provide a resolution at the earliest.

Good cycle for low cost. Light weight.Manufacture needs to improves materials such as nuts and chain got rust after cycle kept ideal for some days. Water bottle stand is missing. Don't know about durability

Worst product
Worst ever purchase till I have made from Amazone. I feel cheated as product which I received was not perfect. Gear in cycle were not working . Moreover when we drived the cycle it had so money problem . It total waste of money . I feel sorry for amazone for having such low category of manufacturer's.

Overall cycle quality is good enough but the bell shown in the image is missing in package seller should pack the package carefully. 😕
