Peak Instant Full-Cream Dry Whole Milk Powder, 400-Grams

I loved the milk, it’s smooth, easy disolved, not grainy and has a sort of sweetness. Worth the price if you can afford it. I have bought this product twice. Compared to other two brands I bought , this one is my #1 choice.

I rarely drink milk any longer for calorie reasons, but still need it for cooking and baking. I hated buying even quart bottles that I would have to just drink part of because I often didn't use enough before it went bad. This product ends that problem! As others mentioned this is not the frankly nasty dehydrated milk that came in boxes that you might have tried in the past. It is high quality and tastes fantastic, and best of all in every needed way for cooking it behaves just like fresh milk. Even ranch dressing can be made with it! It's expensive, but if you're in a similar situation I am where you would use more fresh milk just to keep from losing it to spoilage, then this is very worth considering. The seller I choose has always sold cans that expire many months into the future. Occasionally there is a small dent but it in no way affects the product inside.

Perfectly creamy go to for coffee and breakfast! Peak is always pleasing. Mixes well , no clumps.

Great tasting, fresh product, value for money

Only used it one time so far in my scratch pecan waffle batter recipe, seemed just as tasty as using fresh milk. I stored the open resealed can in the freezer to hopefully prolong shelf life. The lid seems of good quality and makes a tight seal. Mixed up very easy in room temp water using a balloon whisk. Very pleased so far. But as always, time well tell.

I was very impressed with this. I was looking for something to put in my tea, in emergencies when I run out of proper milk. This ticks the box. Also I find skimmed milk (both real and dried) too watery - this solved the problem. Dissolved fine. A tad expensive but I can live with that given that it solves the issue of running out of milk, getting out to the shops is a big deal for me. Plus the size of the tin should mean it'll last a few months - I'd estimate a teaspoonful of powder per normal cup, and the tin looks like it contains a few hundred teaspoons of powder.
