The cage is very well designed and constructed. I am very happy with it. I even bought a second one for my other little one. It is plenty big enough for one chinchilla, rat, squirrel, or a small rabbit, but I wanted mine to have as much room as possible so I got a second one. The second one is on is way at the time of this review. I really like the construction of the cage as well as the customer service. I sent an email with a question and I received a quick response. I exchanged several emails back and forth with a quick response to each of them. I greatly appreciate the timely response as well as the interest as well as the concern that the company has for my little critter and my concerns about the cage. It was a great experience to work with the CEO to get everything taken care of. I strongly recommend this cage for anyone that has a little one that they want to bring along with them. I am wanting on the second one to arrive so we can get a road trip going. I am grateful for these cage builders and the quality of work they put into their products. Thanks to them, I will be able to safely take my little ones to a specialist that can properly treat their needs. For that alone, I beyond grateful.
