A friend had recommended I try this device after he was able to achieve an increase of nearly a full 1" over the course of several months. I was particularly impressed with the quality of components - no rough edges, very smooth seams and high quality silicon and rubber. I suggest reading the instructions carefully before assembling in order to get a good solid fit. Gradually I went from wearing it just an hour or two a day, but when I started noticing results, it was easy to wear for longer periods, gradually increasing to 6-8 hours a day (I work from home so this made wearing it for long periods a lot easier). Consistency and patience are the key to this treatment/device - and you can't beat the price. Vacuum pumps add girth but this will actually make your penis longer (I use both and like the results).

I would buy this product or recommend no purchase it’s cheap design and has no return policy and mine have not been use when I seen how it was made it was no for me I do not recommend buying period you will be disappointed

Good quality

I bought it with some doubt, but the truth surprised me. It comes well packaged and discreet, so no one knows what it is. The material feels good quality and fits well. Obviously don't expect magical results in a few days, but if you use it with perseverance and patience, you start to notice a difference. It's not uncomfortable if you use it correctly. It takes time, but it's worth it if you take it seriously.

This product could be medically dangerous, and could accidentally cause damage to penile tissues, including the urethra. The device is cheaply made IMO, unsafe, and awkward to use. The user's manual had typos. No lock - like better devices such as the RestoreX have.

The additional extension pieces are not internally threaded enough to allow for more than a token adjustment. The assembly as packed allows for at least 1/2" adjustment but the extenders barely allow for 1/4". If the internal threads were cut deeper then that would be awesome. Also, be careful when cinching with the tubing strap, the holes are so close together you can easily pinch your johnson while tightening the strap.9 Mar 2024 - I finally figured out how to use the extensions, the instructions mention nothing about them so I give this another star, now I can actually make this work for me.24 Mar 2024 - 3 weeks in and this thing is actually working though I wonder if the changes have any staying power should I stop using it. I use this in conjunction with a pump and the changes are noticeable. Bear in mind this is a long term project but, once you hit your goal, all you have to do is maintain.
