A Practical Guide to Fascial Manipulation: an evidence- and clinical-based approach

I've taken the FM training courses and found this is a good succinct book to review the foundational concepts, and also especially the author's stated goals of "This book introduces FM in an understandable way to both the practitioner and lay audience."The language involves a lot of cell biology & muscle anatomy, so it will be most accessible to people with background in physical therapy, athletic training, sports and rehab medicine etc.However, I think non-medical-professional lay people who are passionate about learning about how the body works or trying to find answers to their pain will find the Fascia biology and FM systemic approach to assessment and treatment to be very meaningful.

Ich hatte mir von einem Buch mit diesem Titel und dem Preis wesentlich mehr erwartet: z.B. zu den Fallbeispielen auch aussagekräftige Fotos oder Zeichungen zu Techniken bzw. Anwendungen. Die einzige Praxis die hier enthalten ist, sind Praxisbeispiele in Textform und minimaler Kommentar dazu. 75% vom Buch sind Wiederholungen von den Grundlagen der Fazialen Manipulation. Die findet man allerdings in anderen Büchern auch. Hat mir nicht gefallen, daher sende ich es zurück.
