This is book four of the Salinger Brothers series and it is Holden’s love story. And each one gets better and better!!! I was very interested in Holden’s story because he was the elusive doctor that was always working.Holden is the 4th brother from his father’s 1st wife. He is a pediatric oncologist in a large children’s hospital in New York. Needless to say, he has a stressful job! He sees the worst and best parts of being a doctor. Sometimes it’s a lot to deal with, so he found a way to relieve his stress. He fights in a boxing club. They’re all white collar professionals that come out to fight each other. His family doesn’t know about it either.Blair is a busy woman! She’s at the tail end of her masters degree, living with her sister and nephew to help ends meet, and working as a home cleaner. One of her best clients is Holden, but they’ve never met. She finds a business card for the club he fights at and stops by to check it out. The owner thinks she’s there for a job and offers it to her. The extra money will help her situation, so she takes the job. This is where her and Holden actually meet!The chemistry between these two just sizzles off the pages of this book!!! Their relationship develops pretty quickly even though they both think it won’t go anywhere. Now Blair knows she’s been cleaning Holden’s apartment for years but he doesn’t. There in lies the problem. Blair intends to tell him but keeps putting it off.I loved revisiting the rest of the Salinger family and getting to know Lincoln better!!! Can’t wait for more!!! This series is so amazing and so worth your time!!!
