I've been using this creatine for a few months now as part of my workout routine. I've noticed I have more energy during my workouts and I'm able to push myself a bit harder. The capsules are quite large, but they're easy enough to swallow. No aftertaste either, which is a bonus.

I use Creatine while I workout, please read the description on sellers page to find out more, I am limited to what can be said regarding pharm from the Vine. These have very little smell and taste. recommended.

It's early days but this seems to be having some affect on both my husband and I after using it for just over a week now.I used to use creatine a lot but for some reason stopped a few years ago. Since loading up on this for the first few days, I think (it may be a placebo effect) that it's starting to help.On my last deadlift I managed to do 11 reps, which is great as I've been stuck on 10 for a couple of months now. Has this contributed to that? Who knows. Possibly.The capsules are easy enough to swallow with enough water pre workout and should last me a few weeks.

These are a good size so are easy to swallow. You get loads in the tub so it’s great value.

The capsules are typical size and easy enough to swallow. They include gelatine so aren’t suitable for vegans and vegetarians. You are getting 300 here and if you stick to the recommended serving size of 3 then they will last you around three months. Pretty good value for money. You get a decent expiry date so more than enough time to use this supplement up. Certainly one to consider and a convenient way to take creatine although vegetarians will have to look elsewhere.
