These umbrellas serve their purpose. They are made quite well and easy to use and set up. The material isn’t thin and provides good shade. They tilt very easily and can take a beating. I bought several to use in my chickens run to provide the flock some shade and keep the bird netting up higher. They are out 24/7 year round. They hold up really well in the wind. On the rare occasion they flipped inside out but it was fixable and they were not broken. They have handled a snowy winter without damage. They only became damaged recently because the zip tie i had holding them in place broke on the one and it tried to fly off during a storm with very high winds. I think it would have survived that but it landed on a pole and ripped the fabric. Since it’s for the chickens and it was only one section ripped i put it back up and it’s still serving its purpose. It’s just not as aesthetically appeal anymore

I bought this to turn into a UFO for Halloween. However, it was such a nice, large umbrella for the price that it made it very hard to want to ruin it with paint. If you are looking for an inexpensive sun umbrella, this would be perfect. It's not super strong so I don't think it will hold up well on a windy day, but it will provide you with shade. And... it will look like a really bad UFO if you spray paint it silver.

I keep this is in my trunk thru the summer. Easy to fit into the sand also into soft dirt. Tall enough to use for picnics but not ti tall. Not heavy duty so not on too windy days.

I bought this umbrella to use as shade for a two-person picnic table. It is sturdy and has decent coverage. The umbrella has been outside fully opened the past few months. It has endured several down pours and storms (1 storm inverted the umbrella, but it had no lasting damage). I bought this umbrella because it was very affordable and with the understanding that it probably wouldn't last long. So far, this umbrella has exceeded my expectations. It does not have a corkscrew bottom (which I learned from reading the reviews), but this did not affect me as I was using it as a patio umbrella. The umbrella also tilts to a small degree, which is very handy (although I wish it had a bigger tilt). This umbrella is exactly what I needed for my patio. It is colorful, affordable, and durable.

Umbrella worked for our short trip to Florida. The first day there was a little wind but nothing very aggressive so the umbrella stayed in place and was a blessing to have. However, during our second day the wind picked up and the umbrella went flying down the beach. My husband ran after it and luckily someone else in our group brought an extra sand anchor with them because it definitely was needed. Overall for a family who doesn’t spend all too much time on the beach, it worked well.

Technically this worked to keep the sun out of my eyes and from burning my face. But the little tilt mechanism has a slide up cover, and opening or closing this umbrella risks a pinch from that cover every time. It's extra danger because the cover doesnt fit closed securely, and can punch you at any time you touch it at all. I will not purchase this again, even as a last resort, because it's made cheaply and wants to bite my fingers. I WOULD purchase this as a gift for my enemy, if I wished them to have cut or bruised fingers. I would not allow a child to use it, because it really does hurt. If I was lost in the desert and had nothing for shelter except this umbrella, I would definitely risk finger abuse and feel terribly guilty for this sad review when it saved me from sun death. However, I just needed some inexpensive shade to use around my yard occasionally. I didn't expect MUCH for $15 bucks, but I definitely expected shade and finger safety. I only got the shade.

Cute for a day at the beach. Just big enough for a couple of people and maybe a child to get under. Is very portable and lightweight. Not sure about the quality seems OK.

Held up through strong winds on the beach as protection against the sun, it's pretty sturdy for the low cost. Beauriful colors. Easy to use and no assembly needed really.

Tengo más de un año con ella y la dejé en el exterior abierta casi todo el tiempo. Ligeramente se desvaneció el color donde le da más el sol pero de lo demás esta intacta. Trae su bolsa para transportar y es súper ligera.

I didn’t want a huge or standard size patio umbrella. This is perfect and second time ordering it. The first one is a few years old and has one little tear in it. So bought another one!!

Very flimsy. The clip broke on first use. Couldn't return as didn't use until several weeks after purchase.
