Highly recommend! The quality and comfort this toothbrush provides is beyond my expectations! It’s been easy to use and provides a better clean than any other brush (electric or standard) I’ve ever tried. It is easy to travel with considering it has a travel case that comes with and the battery lasts a week or more on a single full charge. Definitely worth every penny!

This is my 2nd DiamondClean Toothbrush. The first one lasted almost 10 years and worked like a dream. This one has a problem with the design. I bought it in February and within a couple of months, it stopped vibrating and instead, just spasmed. I contacted Sonicare and they sent a replacement. Within a month of getting that replacement, it started the same behavior where it would not function correctly. It is now a countertop decoration. I love DiamondClean, but not the 9300 Series. It has a design flaw that my previous toothbrush didn't. Unfortunately, it was a waste of $200 and I am now using an Oral B. I would have LOVED to have stayed with DiamondClean as they leave you feeling like you just left the dentist every single morning. But this Series has a design flaw. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PARTICULAR SERIES!

I love this toothbrush, but it keeps breaking every 2-3 years. I keep ordering new ones because I’m addicted to the fresh-from-the-dentist feeling of clean. I feel bad because each time I throw away a bunch of accessories I don’t need because they last a lot longer than the toothbrush itself.

This is my first Phillips toothbrush, and I’m really enjoying it. While it is quite pricey, the payout is in minimizing issues at the dentist’s chair. I really appreciate that the app helps manage time spent in each area of the mouth, pressure, and scrubbing. It also enables you to flag problem areas requiring additional attention, reminding you to take extra care there. After reading some of the comments regarding concerns with charging via a cup, I was also concerned regarding how this may look. That said, I was surprised to see that there is an alternative option for a separate charging stand which is smaller in size and enables the toothbrush to stand upright. I prefer this option, and think it looks very clean and organized. I will second that the travel case does not charge the toothbrush itself. However, I consider this an extra luxury (an electric of toothbrush of this size is NOT one I would have ever considered “travel size” in the first place - a bit of clunkiness should be expected). I would be just as satisfied to pack the charger separately or temporarily opt for a non-electric toothbrush for lengthy travel. All in all, I’m very satisfied with the quality of this toothbrush.

I love them. I’ve had it since I’ve had one since they were invented.

Fabulous! I am a smoker and this toothbrush has made that not at all visible on my teeth. Changed my cleanings at dentist from every four months to every six months. WELL WORTH IT!

La qualité du nettoyage effectué est celle attendue, à savoir excellente. C'est ma deuxième brosse à dents de cette qualité, à savoir haute gamme et je ne suis aucunement déçu. Je n'utilise pas toutes ses fonctionnalités par choix, mais elle en possède plusieurs; comme mon dentiste se plaît à dire "c'est une excellente brosse à dents électrique, une plus de base aurait été aussi bonne, le restant des fonctionnalités n'est que gadget dans cette gamme-là". Mon conseil: ne la remettez pas sur le socle branché dans la prise électrique après chaque utilisation, j'ai fait cela avec mon ancienne Philips et la batterie n'a pas duré le temps supposé; après quelques années, elle soutenait à peine la charge pour un brossage. Quand on sait que le moteur est garanti officiellement pour durer minimalement 10 ans, il est fâchant de devoir s'en départir à cause de la batterie. Je me suis donc promis de la recharger seulement lorsque le voyant de la batterie clignote, c'est-à-dire environ une fois semaine. Seul l'avenir me dira si cette pratique est efficace. 🤷
