great pedal when you tweak it a bit
The pedals are light weight and obviously labeled left and right. Alloy, not plastic. The design is a definite anti-slip. I use them on a road bike and even pushing the pace, my feet did not slip. They arrived well packed and free of any damage. The design is wide enough.Now the tweak part.When I got them, I noticed the rotation of the pedal on the stem to be a bit restricted. It just seemed not lubricated enough with the stem nut a bit too tight. I disassembled the pedal and saw it has two bearing cassettes. With the bearings in place in the pedals, I saturated the bearings with lithium grease spray , turning them all the while. I reassembled the pedal and reset the adjusting nut (which has a plastic locking edge) just tight enough to be free turning but not loose. I have put about 15 miles on so far and it is holding up just fine.I like them!

Best deal for the price
For $9.99, I couldn't complain with what I got off of a sturdy looking alloy pedal. Only thing I would have loved is to be have brighter white color lettering for the brand name, which in the advertising photos look totally different and definitely photo-manipulted.

Weak, poor quality steel shaft
The media could not be loaded. While standing up to pedal up a hill, both pedals shaft bent . Very weak steel shafts
