This worked perfectly for our 3.5 month old. we were using the one it came with before and realized we weren't getting enough... then we saw this existed... overnighted it... and WOWWWW the snot we get out is crazy. it's been a lifesaver.

We bought a noze bot a couple years ago and used the included nose piece with our first kid from newborn onward. When we had kid 2 we wanted to buy a second nose piece to try to avoid sharing germs and noticed the newborn nose piece.Highly recommend for little as it seems much less uncomfortable for our little guy. It is more narrow and easier to get in to suck.

One of the best baby purchases I have made! My baby would argue with that, she hates it with a power of 1000 suns or however that quote goes..she freaking hates it. Anyway, it works so well though, babies are not going to like anything shoved up their nose so might as well as get something that does the job quick and this is it! I can’t imagine how a single bad review has been left, it works that well. I think the people who have left bad reviews did not try spraying saline spray first. Unless your baby has a super runny nose, you HAVE to use saline spray to get all of the crud out. Spray first every time and then watch this thing work its magic. It’s easy to clean, I love that you can buy more filters and that you can charge it so that it will last a longggg time. It’s worth every penny, especially if your baby will be born during RSV season.

I purchased this along with the extract unit itself for my newest granddaughter "Frankie Bloom" as she came home from the hospital after being born, with nasal congestion from the VOG in our air here living on Maui we aren't immune to the volcanic smog coming from the Big Island of Hawaii where Kilauea is constantly polluting our air as far away as Maui.It has been a blessing for my little lady allowing her to sleep through the night. My daughter was rid of those old suction bulbs that tend to push the mucus further in if not used properly, not to mention the bacteria in those bulbs. This is the adapter for the smallest of noses, a great purchase with satisfactory results. Recommend. Aloha

We have always been fans of the manual nose frida, but our world turned upside down when our three month old twins were diagnosed with RSV. We were at our wits end spending hours going to the respiratory clinic at the hospital to get suctioned all the time, and in desperation, tried this. It's amazing!!! It has given us our days back and kept us out of the clinics. Make sure to buy the baby attachment, they don't make it simple to find. Before the baby attachment arrived I tried it and thought I'd made a very expensive mistake. Once the correct sized attachment was on, then it worked like a dream. On a plus side, we can say goodbye to the nose frida for regular colds. Wish we had gotten this two kids ago!

I initially didn’t want to buy thinking the nozzle that comes with the device would suffice but it was very difficult to use on my newborn. She’s 3 months now and I’m glad I ended up buying this attachment as it did better removing mucus from my baby’s nose. Original attachment more suited for toddler noses
