Q: does this rice cooker talk to you in korean?

Colby, the Cuckoo has never spoken to me personally, but it beeps politely in universal techno-beep at the end of a cycle. The instruction manual is in (translated) English. The control panel is printed in English and Korean.

Q: What language does it use on the button? because the pictures shows that it is korean on the button, i want english.

It's in both and you can set up the menu in English

Q: Is there a timer to delay cooking 6-8 hours?

I went and checked again yes apparently there is although I have not used it.

Q: Does this rice cooker come with rice paddles?

Yes, it does. Three is one paddle that comes with that rice cooker.
