The media could not be loaded.  This is INCREDABLE! I have been looking for an electric toothbrush and water flosser for years and am so happy I came on this one! I have previously been using a sonic toothbrush but it doesn't hold a candle to the Torpyu! I love the toothbrush settings so I can both massage teeth but it also has sensitive and white and gum care and clean settings for those times when my gums are doing better. I have had teeth issues my whole life (okay, my fault) but still... nice to have a toothbrush that doesn't judge LOL I also like that it has a water flosser with good pressure and get everything out so I can start the day feeling clean. It gets the job done with enough water pressure while being gentle which is hard to do.The entire system comes complete with everything you need. It has a backup toothbrush (I am religious about changing every 3 months) and several replacement water flossers along with a tongue cleaner, 4 toothbrush heads (I didn't even know I needed 4 toothbrush heads but I actually do! I feel like my teeth need a formal apologize for the last 39 years), as well as so much more! I'm actually really surprised on everything it comes with. I didn't know what I was missing out on!Its so easy to clean, too, and takes up so little space. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! PLEASE GET THIS ONE!! YOU WON'T REGRET IT!!!

I mean this whole unit works phenomenally. The electric tooth brush worked like it was supposed to and that water pik HONEY..!! I loved how you can control the power settings because my gums cannot handle a strong push of water. Once I was able to find my strength that I can handle, I was set. My dentist stated that my dental hygiene was better and my gum health was great. Gingivitis GONE BABY!! I gave it four stars because this unit is pretty big if you do not have the sink counter space. And I cannot really take it when I travel because it takes so much space in my suit case. Other than that!! I love love love love..!!P.S. if you hate flossing; a water pik is always the way to go..

I purchased the unit on November 2022. I purchased it because it was well priced and looked good. I was replacing an older model from a different brand. It worked flawlessly for six months until the toothbrush suddenly stopped charging and didn’t work. I was upset and left it aside for two months just using the water flusher. I was gonna buy another one from a different brand when I noticed on the booklet that it holds a 2 year warranty. First I thought “right, will never happen” but I decided to call an see about it before discarding it for good. I was very surprised with the immediate positive response from their customer service representative. She emailed me with apologies for the malfunction and reassured me that they will honor their warranty by sending a new unit right away. They even let me pick the color. A week later to my disbelief there was a box at the door with a brand new unit. I can “ONLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND” this outfit, not only because I believe the product is worth it, well priced and looks really modern but their customer service (Ms. Lucie) should be praised for being reliable, efficient and having a great attitude towards fixing customers problems. I will definitely buy again from Torpyu in the future !!!

I was disappointed when I first found out that my ex stole my water pic but now I am doing much better with all in one set.

My first reaction was that this is a feeble product and that I should return it. It seems rather underpowered.

The media could not be loaded.  I just received today & so far so good. Using water pick made my teeth feel & look so clean & white. The toothbrush I have tried all the modes but I’m sure they work well. It’s worth the price to buy it.

Does the job as expected. I would say it's almost perfect. But we will see if I can buy replacement brushes in the next 6 months

Great water storage capacity and good variety of settings with very good water pressure. Does not take up a whole lot of space.

I recieved this for Christmas. It took a bit of getting used to but then it was great. The toothbrush was charged and I was able to use it for almost two months. When it indicated the need to be charged, I ensured there was no water and followed the directions. I put it on the charger and the light slowly went on and off, indicating that it was charging. 6 hours later, it was still not fully charged. I left it for another hour then I took it off and tried to use it and it ran for 3 seconds and turned off and flashed that it needed to charge again. I tried again and it did the same thing. I left it longer then the same thing. Then I left it for shorter time. I also kept it off for a period of time then tried charging again. Same thing. It says it is charging but it does not actually charge or hold a charge. I finally contacted customer service and they gave me advice (that I had already tried) but offered no solution to the problem. I am still waiting to see if they offer to uphold their advertised 2 year warranty. I will update if I hear back from them.
