They grab way stronger than my stock brake pads money well spent I would do it again five stars.

Close to The Real Thing
These pads are an economical replacement for your Shimano SLX 7120, XT M8120, or XTR M9120 brakes. They are very similar to the N04C metallic pads that Shimano includes from the factory. These don't have the backing plate that the Shimano pads do, but I didn't find that to be a problem while riding. They bedded in a little easier than the stock pads and are pretty quiet on the trail, even in dusty conditions. Several rides in with 1200'+ descents and they are still providing strong and consistent braking. My only complaint is that the pads lack the "bite" of a true N04C. The compound is close and would do fine for most riders.

Very similar to OEM
These Icreopro Shimano style brake pads are very similar to the OEM. I am currently running them in my Shimano XT BR-M8120 brakes on a Trek Rail 9. They fit perfectly, brake well and have not produced a squeak. I won't know the overall durability for some time. The package contains 2 left and 2 right side pads and 2 return springs. It does not contain the retain pin or clip. So far I am pleased with them and would reorder. The only difference I see is the backing plate is slightly thicker.

Seem like decent brake pads
These seem to be decent brake pads. I haven't had a chance to install and run them as I'm recovering from a shoulder injury, but they match up in shape and size to my standard XT pads. They are about 25% cheaper than the standard finned shimano pads. I'll check back once I've had some time on them.

Great replacement!
I'm happy I ordered these pads as mine were almost gone! These have cooling fins which are supposed to help with heavy braking. I don't live in areas with long downhills so I don't think I will see the need for the added cooling fins. I've never experience brake fade on my XTR m9000 brakes. It is nice to have the added confidence when traveling to Colorado for some fast decents. If you live with long downhills, get these pads for a fraction of the cost of Shimano.

Waste of money
The dimensions are accurate, they fit inside the calipers easily. However, the quality is un-impressive. The pads disintegrate and too noisy. I'd spend a bit more and get a known brand with proven performance.

Great price for 2 pairs
The media could not be loaded. I have 2021 Slx 4 piston brakes they are getting very low and need to swap out. The springs and pin are hidden in the package. I like that these have cooling fins and im excited to try out ceramic pads. The label says that they are for 7100 brakes but behind the sticker they are NO4C and that is for 4 piston brakes

Unfortunately won’t fit Deore M6120 callipers.
I was hoping that these pads would fit my M6120 callipers, these are 4 pots just like the M8120 and M7120, however due to the shape of the M6120 these finned pads will not fit. This is not a fault of these pads, they do not state they will fit but I was hoping they would. The pads themselves look great with their gold fins and large braking material. They are also good value with the pack containing two pairs of pads.Overall, good looking pads but make sure you check the compatibility.

Be careful when ordering for correct fitment
These were ordered for some Shimano DEORE XT brakes which unfortunately didn't have the exact numbering but the ad showed the original and aftermarket pads so took a chance.Laying the old pad over the new ones the friction material is identical and hole also lines up, slid into caliper but fins would not allow full insertion, however a bit of cutting with a grinder to remove the fins and the pads fit nicely (probably not recommended but does not weaken the pads).Still bedding in but no 'squeal' that I have with the old resin pads.Seems a decent set of pads for the price.

Replacement Pads
The packaging for the pads is quite cheap so i wasn't holding out much hope. They fitted ok to my hubby's bike however and he is currently bedding them in. They are ok as replacements and could be handy to keep in the garage as a spare set. Not a bad price for an unbranded product.

Budget Pads but quality ok, New Spring AND Pin, but a touch pricey, so 3.5*
These are budget pads, and the ceramic compound seems ok, claimed to be ceramic which is usually a touch pricier than organic or metal pads, though dont expect them to be the top performing, but is fine and the pad thickness is good so life should be ok in normal use.Overall these seem to be well enough made. They come with new securing pin and springs which is really good and the packaing is mixed card and plastic, so better than full plastic. For the 2 pairs though of unknown brand budget pads, the price of £20 (May 24) I think is a bit too high, especially when you can get high quality aftermarket pads from some online bike uber specialists for similar prices. IMO £17 would be better value for these.
