is this belt stiff or floppy? giggity giggity

Get the belt you won't disappoint it whether you use it as a belt as my wife does as a special police officer in DC or if you wear duty belt with a handgun keeps your belt straight.

It is the hook side aka the stiff side.

I'm confused. what does "under inside belt" mean? is the velcor hook liner on the outside of the belt all the way around?

Yes. This inner belt has very good hooks on the outside for an outside belt. The hooks are all the way around. I am pleased with this option over others. It doesn’t collect many stray fibers and has great grasp on the outer belt.
