Took the batteries on vacation and kept it in a insulated bag with other accessories and the batteries swelled so big they almost blew up ...and they refunded me 19ndollars for the hassle ..now this is what customer service looks like

The charger is very nice, it just feels quality, it doesn't float away like other cheap chargers, it has nice sticky rubber on the bottom so it stays where you put it.I have a charger for my ZV batteries, and i have to fight to insure the batteries are going in properly, this you just insert the batteries, no fighting it just slides into the right spot.The batteries are spot on, i haven't had any issues with them vs the genuine Insta batteriesI also think the value is there because your getting to batteries and charger for just a bit more than i OEM battery.

They charge in a few hours and work great with the insta 360 pro.
