These switches surprised me
These Gateron Magnetic Jades ended up being way better than I expected. The sound is the first thing that stood out. They’ve got a really clean, thocky sound that feels super satisfying every time you press a key. It doesn’t sound cheap or overly loud, just really solid. Typing on them feels smooth and consistent. No scratchiness, no wobble, just a nice stable switch. They’re also fast, and you can definitely feel it while gaming. The keys register instantly without feeling too sensitive or jumpy. Overall, they sound great, feel great, and made my keyboard way more enjoyable to use. I’d definitely buy them again.

Great Alternative to the Lekker L45 switch from wooting
Hall effect switches have been my favorite switches since I first tried a Wooting keyboard. Compared to their Lekker switches, these feel and sound much better, especially right out of the box, I don't feel the need to add more lube as they are plenty smooth, and don't have that springy sound that magnetic switches tend to have. There is also less stem wobble, so the keys feel much more stable. These are most similar to the Lekker L45 switch from wooting, they have similar, if not the same force curves. Lekkers are 30cN, and these are 30gf. Not sure if those are different units, but they feel very similar, very light, great for gaming, and you can get used to them for typing. I personally just prefer lighter switches, so if you're partial to a heavier switch, skip these. On that note, on top of the other reasons that I prefer these over the current Lekker switches, these have a shorter travel distance at 3.5mm to every other magnetic switch's 4mm travel. Before these hall effect keyboards came out, I loved speed switches because of the higher actuation point AND the shorter travel distance. This finally brings that feeling I like of a shorter travel, makes it feel even faster. Conclusion: If you couldn't already tell, I definitely recommend these to anyone who wants a more refined alternative to the lighter Lekker switch (L45).

Great for gaming, not so much for office
Sound great and feel great. Only problem is they are too light for practical office use. I cannot type on them at all without making mistakes from hitting keys on accident. Great for gaming though.

Wow!~
The Melgeek MADE84 Pro originally came with TTC KOM switches, which I really dislike typing on. So I ended up going down the rabbit hole of searching for alternative HE switches to replace them. I usually prefer heavier spring switches since I am a heavy typer. I ended up purchasing the Jade and the difference between these switches and the KOM switches were day and night. These switches sound amazing and very satisfying to type on. For anyone looking to replace their HE switches, these switches are they way to go! I provided a sound test so you can hear them yourselves. Microphone: Blue Yeti Keyboard: Melgeek MADE84 Pro (stock) with magnetic jade switches (stock) Mousepad: Steel Series gaming mouse pad QcK XXL

Good for gaming keyboards
I got these Gateron Magnetic Jade switches for my custom keyboard because I wanted a smooth, linear feel with fast actuation. Right out of the box, they were factory pre-lubed, which made them super smooth to press. The typing experience felt really nice, and there was no scratchiness at all. One of the best things about these switches is the ability to adjust the pre-travel distance. I could fine-tune it to be really fast for gaming, which made my keypresses feel super responsive. It made a big difference, especially when playing Fortnite, since I could react quicker.

Worth the price!
This listing of the magnetic jades had a coupon so it was even cheaper than buying it from the original Gateron site! Since the bottom of the switches are built without a hole, it sounds just like any regular switch. Gateron’s quality is always top notch when it comes to switches, and for less than 50 bucks, these switches are so worth it. They plop straight into my wooting module and every switch works and functions fine. Easy to install with no problems. These sound amazing when properly lubed!

Nice poppy sound profile
Typing feel is immaculate. Its soft and smooth through each keypress. Solid stem with zero wobble. Build is great as you'd expect. Sound profile is very poppy and clacky over thock, which I like. Does require lubing as factory lube is not great. Tried in both my nano68, keychron k2, and my wooting, and found that the sound of the switches is much more dependent on your keyboard compared to similar he switches.
