Product accomplished what it is suppose to do. Makes nice ice balls to put in a glass of alcohol, or drink of choice. Only complaint is I end up needs to run under some hot water and finagle a bit to get out, but nothing major. Good gift item.

I love these molds! You don't have to go crazy trying to fill them up perfectly Just fill the clear plastic mold and then push the rubber black part on top. It fills out the round mold and the excess (what little there is) comes out of the small hole on top of the black part. When you're ready for ice, just run the whole mold under warm water for a few seconds and unscrew. Just push the ice out of the black part and into your glass! Happy drinking!

Kind of had a theme for my adult son this Christmas...Old World globe bar, whiskey glasses and these ice molds. He was very happy with all the gifts. :D Extra Mom points. lol

Earlier I purchased a different type of mold that required a mini funnel to fill the 6 sphere molds. I was never able to figure out the right mount of water. My ability to get a perfect sphere was always pure luck. Sometimes round and other times one side a little flat. These molds are so easy. Just fill to the brim and slowly slide the cap in place. Perfectly round sphere each time. No alteration in the flavor of the water. Definitely recommend.

Easy to fill and like that they are individual cubes and not attached. The ice is perfectly round but very close. Also, using distilled water as suggested does not make the ice clear.

Update—I reached out to the seller and they corrected my order. These things are great once you get the hang of them. Fill them to the top of the mold and fit the lid on. When removing, twist the lid until the ice releases from the mold then you can squeeze the silicone lid to drop the ice.Writing this from my husbands experience. These came in the mail today. He got to them before I got home unfortunately. I ordered 4 black but only got 2 royal blue. Since they are already in the freezer, I didn’t really think they would apply for a refund so hopefully these reviews are looked at and I can get 2 more sent to me. Otherwise, super expensive for 2 molds. Will update after they are frozen and see how they turn out. 3 stars.

Best ice ball mold I’ve ever bought. Use COLD WATER for best results, and the ice will be uniform, uncracked, and long lasting in whisky and rocks margaritas. Have a couple sets to friends as gifts too and they love them. Super happy with this product!

I bought these for my husband for Christmas thinking he'd think they were cool. He was way more excited about them than I'd ever imagined. He invited friends over for scotch just so he could show them off. I think a few of this buddies even got a set of their own.Ladies, if you're looking for a good gift for your man who enjoys their cocktails on the rocks, these are a slam dunk.
