First Use it Got Black Spots and Stains So I Returned It
After the very first use on medium heat, the pan got black spots and a stain that looked like it had been used for a long time. I do not use aerosol cooking spray or anything that would cause the discoloration. No matter what I did it would not come off and I didn't want to scratch the surface. Upon close inspection, the discoloration and black spots were actually embedded inside or underneath the coating / top layer of what was supposed to be stainless steel. It may have been they just became visible when it got heated. I returned it. I ordered a two pan set of Farberwear stainless steel pans for LESS than this one pan costs and so far I love them. The quality is better imo, even though this pan looked nice with the brushed look, it didn't perform well. I can see why the decades-long classics like Farberwear are classics for a reason. :)

Looks good with good heft but a little off.
I like the the frying pan but it doesn't seem level on a burner where my other pots and pans do. I know, strange. After a couple of months of use my wife and I agree that this pan is bowed up in the center and that gets more and more irratating. We cook mostly eggs in it and no matter how carefully we pour the eggs in the center they run off to an edge and the pan needs to be moved around on the cook top to cook the eggs all around. My 12" cast iron pan and 11.5" pot do not have this problem. With all the 5 star reviews this may just be a problem with my frying pan.

“Stainless”, not so much
After about a months worth of light usage, this pan was almost completely destroyed. Something got stuck on it and is proving very difficult to remove. I’ve always taken good care of all my pans, and use high-quality grape seed oil exclusively. For some reason after one time cooking some eggs I noticed a sticky build up after washing out the pan. That substance comes right off of my other stainless steel pans, but not this one. I tried using steel wool to no effect. My next plan is a dremmel with a wire brush attachment.Maybe I expected too much for such a cheap price, but I would have hoped for more than a month worth of usage.

Don't spend more money on another pan, this one is great!
At first I was a little hesitant that I should have gotten a 12 inch instead of the 10 inch, but I ended up really like the size of the 10 inch. It's really well made and has stood up to repeated use and repeated cleanings in the dishwasher. I looked at a lot of pans that were more expensive than this but just couldn't cope with spending that much money. This was economical and worth every penny.

Great piece of equipment.
This quickly became one of my go-to pans, once I had treated it with coconut oil for non-stick. I use some cooking spray and wipe with a paper towel after use. I try to avoid using detergent and, if I have to, I re-season with more coconut oil. As long as I maintain this practice eggs and most other foods slide right out of the pan.

Four Stars
I love the design, the weight... yet it does stick a bit... when frying eggs, but stirfry is fine.

Amazing deal!
If you’re looking at these, buy two! Such great pans at this price point. Well built, great handles, even cooking and more! These seriously will give stainless pans twice there price a run for the money.
