Grandson said it was the best present EVER! They had a blast learning to fly a kite. They went super high. The colors were bright as shown flew nicely. Very large, built well didn't take long to put together.

Flies right. Pretty design. Cheap dollars. Haha. Worth it.

So easy to fly! This was the first kite I’ve ever flown, and it was very easy to get it aloft. Unfortunately the string broke within 5 minutes of flying; the wind was very, very light with no gusts, so I am going to invest in stronger kite string. All the parts were included and we had it assembled in less than 5 minutes.

The kite is big and colorful. But it is difficult to fly it.

This is a big rip-stop nylon kite, but the marketing photo which is almost certainly photoshopped, suggest a larger kite than it actually is. That said, this is a nice kite and after reviewing a large number of Chinese kites, I do like the effort that Hengda puts into their designs. They are a bit more distinctive in both how they look and how they are constructed. This kite has a keel pole, an arched wing spar, and a small spar for the tail. It is very simple. I would have liked them to include a swivel clip for the string, an odd omission given the effort they've gone to elsewhere on the kite. This comes with a nice rip-stop bag that is actually large enough to fit the refolded kite. The colors are a bit showy on this hawk, but it is impressive.
