Tastes good
The flavor isn’t spectacular, but it’s still good. Sometimes I’m hungry, but just don’t feel like physically eating, this is very helpful on those days. A nice way to get everything you need from a meal when you just don’t have the appetite or time to prepare or buy lunch.
