Pro: Although it arrived in a pretty beat-up shipping carton, there were no signs of damage to the contents. The color (tan) was very close to the color in the illustration. Most important, it is very comfortable and seats two if they are not morbidly obese. It seems very sturdy.Con: Many reviews declared that it was difficult to assemble by one person alone. I could not completely assemble the piece by myself, although the instructions were pretty easy to follow and assembly is basically tab A goes into slot B. I got through to the very last piece--fitting the back into the slots on the arms. I could not get the tabs on both sides to slide into the slots; I could get one side holding fast, but then the other side was separated by a gap that would not close. Later, a friend came to help and we discovered that one of the slots elsewhere on the arm was misshapen and that arm did not attach to the rest of the furniture properly. We got around that problem without having to return the love seat or asking to have a new part sent and when that got fixed, the back slid into place very easily--BUT it still took the two of us to make it work.Overall the love seat seems sturdy. Time will tell. The seat is very firm, but (for me) not uncomfortably so. I find it gives good support and I can sit on it without any problem for as long as I want.Would I buy this again or recommend it to a friend? Yes, I would.

Easy to set up, looks nice, not the comfiest but we bought it for secondary seating as needed (honestly the dogs use it way more than we do) so it’s good enough. I wouldn’t think it would hold up if it was being used every day or if you had kids flopping down on it over and over. Or if your 300 pound aunt came to visit.

I was so distressed when I put this together and I just could not get the back to fit but when I finally got it I fell in love. It’s extremely comfortable and the cushions are very nice. Really didn’t expect this to be so nice with the price I paid but it’s definitely worth it.

Its light and small. That was a plus for what i needed however we have had it a month and i can tell it will not last a year. It has springs and they are already starting to compress and sink in. Would not recommend unless it just as a decorIts a pos. Less then 6m and i have to find something new

We ordered it in grey and in person, the color does not match what was advertised. It definitely has a greenish-blueish tint to it. This is a common complaint with a lot of cheap furniture sold on Amazon. That said, it's still early to judge its quality as it's only been a month but it seems sturdy enough for use as a home office sofa.I would have concerns about its longevity if it were going to be used daily like a more expensive sofa.That said, seating is firm and supportive. Good budget love seat for a low usage situation.

It's the perfect size for an apartment. The cover can be wiped clean from spills. And the color in neutral which works well with any decor. I bought this for someone, so I can't comment on it's durability as yet.

Overall this couch is great for the price! Just got a puppy and she ruined my last one. It’s small but comfy. I got the loveseat for a studio . The snag and the one I see people talking about is the sofa ears. According to the instructions you have to slide it before the sides and back. I found that basically impossible at least by yourself. And once all the other pieces on you cant slide from the bottom up. To solve this is to reverse the inserts so you can slide top down once thing is built. The stickers should be right side up as in my photos when you have the curve facing down from the ears. Then go to the insert on the couch and remove the insert with the arrow facing up and flip it. The arrows should now be facing down. Just a Philips and a Allen wrench set which I got a universal one. The it just slide down into the slot no issue. Overall I’m happy with my purchase I have no issues since fixing the ears and it seems to favor well with a puppy.
