This product has exceeded my expectations, I love all of the features it has, i already had the universal version but the specific model has tons of features, you are able to command transmission gears, do relearn procedures and watch every piece of data you could think of. This tool solved a lingering inoperable AC condition on a 2014 Chevy Cruz in less time than it took to download the software updates. That is in no way an exaggeration nor a complaint...the software and GUI is super sleek and provides full access to all modules on the network. This incudes accessing the data stream from each module as well performing functional testing...the tool can command for example the ac clutch on / off, or the AC solenoid to open and close. A true bi-directional tool.What else, screenshots that you can email to yourself? yup, has that, and it's super slick, click click, sent. It just works, and that's really the theme of the whole tool, it just works.I want to go break something on my Honda so that I can justify the download, because guess what, I can add Honda, I can add Ford, sure, it costs for the year, but versus buying another tool, seems like an obvious choice and screaming deal at that.TLDR: Best scan tool I have ever owned - it reads and controls the AC system, 2014 Chevy Cruz.

Launch is close to getting this right, but at the end of the day, poorly written Chinese software makes it unable to do the jobs you are hoping that a model like this will do. It’s basically no different than a sub $50 scan tool with live data. Do not believe the website descriptions of what it claims it will do- it won’t.

Nice scanner, lots of battery, easy to use and maneuver around with the screen. Fast respond time and Straightforward device. Best bang for the buck with what it can do with your vehicle.

Works well as a bi-directional scan tool for GM vehicles. Functions are solid and it does exactly what it’s supposed to—no glitches or connection issues. It’s been reliable for diagnostics and testing.That said, the screen is on the small side, which can make it a little harder to navigate. Also, if you want to use it on other vehicle brands, you’ll need to purchase additional packages, which adds to the cost.Overall, it’s a good tool with solid performance for GM, just not quite as universal out of the box as you might hope.

The media could not be loaded. This is an excellent scanner for the money. You get a bi-directional scanner for a pretty cheap price, Keep in mind its got GM only, but I guess that is why it is so cheap. Instead of a scanner that just reads codes on everything, you can choose to get just the GM, but you get many functions. There are lots of reset functions, actuation tests, you can graph, and check lots of things. I uploaded a video. Also its free updates so what more can you ask. If you have a GM vehicle and don't want to spend much this may be for you.

After the downloads its very easy to use. Better quality than the autel scanner in my preference. Many different features and upgrades. You have to purchase additional vehicles being that this one is specific for gm that I purchased. Works better than well id say. Newer vehicles seem to have an auto scan which works a lot faster in a scan than older due to having to manually enter the vin. I gave this a 5 star because it works great for me.

Everything works perfectly on all vehicles I have tried it on except for one, a 98 k1500, it will do everything except anything related to the antilock brakes. (Snap on solus communicated with abs no problem) I haven't heard anything back from customer support about that. Simple menu is easy to navigate, powerful for the price but does not do exactly what I need it to do.
