Well Done Except for Accessories
I’ve used it for six rounds at two courses. The cart works well. Moves at a variety of speeds and follows remote commands well. Easy to operate - simple, elegant, sturdy. Remember to engage the fifth wheel. I’ve tipped it back over going uphill when I forgot. Battery seems good, like it actually will get through two rounds. And it’s easy to recharge in the garage overnight. Remote is rechargeable, too, and recharged quickly. The accessories are another story. The card holder is too small for the cards at both courses I play, so the card can fall out with bumps on the course. Pencils, too. I have lost four. The water bottle holder will not hold your bottle when the cart meets what I would call average bumps, holes, sprinkler heads, etc. I’ve tried two different sized bottles and both have hit the ground many times. I paid extra for the seat. It is just OK. I find my Clic Gear seat to be a better product but it can’t be attached to the electric cart. I wish there was on-board storage. I was spoiled by my Clic Gear. But I can’t push like I used to and this is a good option for walking without hard labor. My club pro says it’s the best of what they sell in the pro shop. That is an endorsement. Overall, I have been satisfied with it and have played better golf since using it as I am not as tired late in the rounds. Anything to play better golf, right?

Love this caddie. Could not ask for more.
Love the exercise, but pushing my cart around for 18 holes was getting more difficult. I researched all the electric caddies and settled on the MGI Zip Navigator All Terrain. I made the right choice! absolutely LOVE it. I play on a VERY hilly course with considerable undulation and numerous steep embankments. The Navigator handles them all without tipping, slipping, crashing, racing downhill or having any problem handling the difficult terrain. I can see why Australian based MGI golf, after only 6 or 7 years in the US market has become a top seller. Customer service is also great. No waiting on hold for an hour. This is the unit to buy. No question about it. Don't bother looking elsewhere. It is wonderful to have a caddie that follows instructions, does not pester you with small talk and gets the job done.

Awesome cart - is a game changer
This cart is awesome. I’m a life long walker who has carried and as I aged started to use a pushcart. This cart is a game changer, easy to use and works extremely well well. Only caution is keep speed low on side hills and try to keep perpendicular to the hill to prevent tipping. I play a VERY HILLY course and it easily gets up and down the hills without a problem. Hands free remote is the way to go, it’s a game changer and will extend my ability to walk significantly.

Almost met all my expectations given the Cost and Reputation
Other than my first listed dislike, I got what I expected and I like it. Was pricey and I expect a lot out of something pricey top of line. I did alot of research and though more expensive than many I bet on being most reliable. Likes 1. Great battery. Granted it's a new battery but walked a pretty hilly 18 hole golf course through wet long rough and fairway and it was still at like 70 percent to 80 percent battery when I finished. 2. Relatively easy to control with remote. Wear control properly. If in your pocket, Your cart will have a mind if it's own when you bend down to pick up ball..=P. 3. Sturdy but at same time, sometimes sturdy is heavy. Dislikes: 1. This model AT(All Terrain?), I expected it to stay still when stopped. Even on a slight incline, not steep by any means, it rolls backwards or forwards slow. I'm pretty unhappy about that for the price of this thing. Several folks told me the cart was rolling away slowly as I was putting. Finding a level place is not what should be on my mind when trying to enjoy my round. Stop button should be stop. 2. Without the battery, it's a pretty heavy cart to lift back into my car. The price for sturdy I guess. 3. It did not quite fit the bag I had. It was a pxg bag. The bag seemed slightly too short to fit. Made it work though and it stays on. Not sure why strap on bottom is not like strap on top exactly.

Worth the investment
This is the best. If you are considering an electric cart look no further. It is boxed amazingly well and puts together in minutes no tools (yeah). Operation is easy. The only thing I wish it had was a better stop/brake on a hill (it tends to "slide" a little). Great product - great investment. Tried others and this is clearly the best.

Worth every penny!
520 miles in just over a year and this thing is still going strong. I take care of it, avoid large puddles, and charge the battery before each use. No issues with noise and the battery lasts two rounds (on regularly undulated courses) without issue. A little difficult to push in manual mode (with wheels released) because the axle still grabs a bit causing drag from the motors. Might not be an issue if I lubricated the axles prior to use (as recommended), but I’d suggest keeping the battery charged to avoid needing to push it manually. Dramatic difference/improvement in my body feel after playing all weekend. Also adds another element of fun driving it around the course. I’d suggest tapping left/right multiple times when turning for smoother turns/veering. Holding left/right when rolling forward slows down the unit and makes it difficult to veer properly. Folding/storage is as simple as a manual push cart and the weight is comparable if removing the battery prior to lifting. I’ve enjoyed greater endurance throughout my rounds and I’ll never go back to using a manual push cart.

Productive does not work well
During my second round with this product, it stopped running. I removed the battery and reinserted, and it ran for a short while and stopped again. This happened several more times. I contacted the seller who told me I needed to contact the manufacture. The manufacture did not return phone calls and at times their phone system did not take messages. After several rounds of this, I re-contacted the seller who was very nice and made another suggestion, which I really tried to no avail. Then the seller said he would contact the manufacture and take care of it. There has never been any follow-up to this message. I am very frustrated and have lost faith in the product and also the process of buying this product through Amazon. I do not recommend buying it through Amazon. Or you might want to reconsider another model and brand.

A pretty good cart, but a couple of things about it I don't really like.
A pretty good cart, but a couple of things about it I don't really like. I'd probably buy it again, but it's not as 'slick' as I had hoped. First of all, the pics show a guy hoisting it one-handed. That's a joke. I'm not a weakling by any means, but it definitely takes two hands and is still a bit heavy at that. I really don't like the location/position for the (optional) sand bottle. It's down very low (near the ground), which makes some sense, and it is easy to detach. However, it is somewhat difficult to re-attach. The slotted connection system is hard to hit without bending over to see what what you're doing. Also, the highly-touted gyro mechanism on the front wheels is supposed to enable it to hold a straight line on slopes. It doesn't. On fairly level ground, it compensates reasonably well for dips and swells, but on any kind of side slope at all, it doesn't work.
