The worst cheap alternative to the name brand jaw exercise mouth pieces. The picture shows the size and design of the SOLID rubber device that should be hollow in some way. It does not allow motion of the jaw. It only allows a clinching of the jaw. Absolutely garbage

Dumb things put me in the hospital.
I used them for a few days and ended up messing up my jaw pretty badly. I was using them as directed and this was the end result. Severe acute case of TMJ, CT scan and IV with contrast. Do yourself a favor and do not use this product.

DEAL WITH CAUTION
I bought this product and it still seems to work great but i just rinsed them with water and started using them 24 hours later i have a 102.1 fever. so be careful these are from china and probably caring some disease
