Very happy with the outcome of using Kombucha.Com to brew JUN. Love all their support information, methods, and products. I've been making JUN for 3 years with different company's product, but was lately having some troubles with my brew, so decide to start fresh with a new JUN Scoby from a different company and decided to try Kombucha.com. I'm super happy with my choice. I started with this 8 oz honey JUN and brewed a 1/2 gallon. It was pretty good. The next cycle I increased to a gallon, and it came our with a great taste. Even making JUN before, I wasn't as focused on Temperature as I learned from Kombucha.com needed to be 74 degs, so for the first batch, I purchased a heating mat, and for me that was one of the 2 changes that really made a big difference. The 2nd was using PH strips, and now the added science that Kombucha.com added to my JUN brewing process has made a huge improvement in the consistent delicious results of my JUN. I drink JUN because it tastes good, and has healthy benefits. In my most current batch I've added the Brew Booster also from Kombucha.com, which is still infusing, but the taste samples along the way are pointing to a real 'step-change' in taste, that looks to be incredible. I'm very happy with Kombucha.com. I plan to grow with Kombucha.com as I journey with my JUN making.

Packaged very well and arrived quickly. Included a few pieces of literature and a bag of tea. Wasn't expecting the tea. A nice surprise.Used the product to start a batch as soon as I opened it, 5/7/2025.Still to early to test the batch but it looks good. I can absolutely recommend this product and company.

Just bought this a short while ago because the scoby I bought from a competitor took over 3 weeks to work. This seems to be doing much better. The juice it came with looked stronger also.
