There's nothing to dislike about these exercise bars. No matter what stage of strength you are in these bars will help build your arm, wrist and hand grip dexterity. Plus they allow you to work up thru 4 levels from relatively easy to hard. If you needing to tone up these bars are great for getting the job done.

They were not thick and heavy like some others. They had the right amount of flexibility. I would recommend them for their versatility.

With first use, these flex bars seem to fit the bill as to what my Physical Therapist recommended I purchase to continue exercises at home. Buying the set gives me flexibility to increase or decrease the force needed to complete exercises depending on what my body can tolerate that day.

Start at the yellow and work up. I actually carry this when I travel in the car with my husband . Strengthening my hands while I’m a passenger

These are exactly like the ones my occupation therapists introduced me to during therapy for carpal tunnel. Yippee!

Good quality, clean and easy to work with

These work amazing! You can really feel the difference in resistance from each one. They are easy to use. I grab them throughout the day and use them.

This product is fine for its purpose, but not as sturdy as I would have thought (although, for the price...), in that it doesn't return to its original straight line after being bent during exercise.
