Been buying for years I get blotted and at times not so hungry but need my Vitamins and minerals.I take this replacement drink like it alot and taste delicious

I’ve tried other powders to aid in losing weight, and most are gross. I (kind of) get it. I over enjoyed food and now I have to suffer for it (I guess) lol seriously though, tastes delish (even with the skim milk I use with it!) and blends very easily. Don’t have a blender? Use a hand mixer. Mixing with a spoon alone can be done, but you’ll be there awhile.

This was ok but it didn't taste the same and it was just a mess to try to be in a hurry making one everyday. I would take.the bottles over the powder. I didn't see any weight loss from this personally

The French Vanilla is delicious!! I use unsweetened vanilla almond milk, throw in 3-4 ice cubes and a few strawberries or blueberries, blend it until it's a very satisfying and thick shake. It's only my first week in this stuff, so we'll see how things pan out. I do notice it makes me feel full for several hours which helps cut down on snacking. Good stuff!

Surprisingly there's a lot of servings in this little container. It can be a little bit gritty if you are just drinking it alone with some almond milk. However I added to a smoothie to get rid of the grit and add sweetness. I will continue to buy this since it tastes excellent and I get a lot of servings. Also it really does help you stay full for longer.

I was over joyed with the taste. Prefer the ready made shakes to the powder

I’ve been enjoying this wonderful product for many many years. I love the taste of vanilla flavoring. I always enjoy a yummy shake at lunchtime. Always keeps me very satisfied and full until my next meal! Amazon carries the variety of flavors, and several of the different containers. I’m able to order & purchase two or three cans & delivered to my front door! I just enjoy ordering from Amazon & receive speedy deliveries!
