Worth the investment!
I was originally worried about the price point, there are a ton of slant boards out there that are much cheaper but I have some other Pvolve items that I love so I went for it and I absolutely think this is worth the investment! It is so sturdy which to me was the most impressive thing about it, it has a few different heights so you can either make it a steep or land or less of a slant, I actually use this to do squats because I have a hard time with mobility doing regular squats on the ground, I have never felt any more intense burn in my butt and thighs!

Mind-Blowing Quality!!!
I honestly did not expect this slant board to be so well-made. In fact, all of the PVOLVE equipment is superior quality to everything else I have purchased, including Tracy Anderson’s MY MODE which costs a small fortune ($3,649 for all equipment and a year of streaming whereas PVOLVE charges $624 for all equipment and a year of streaming)! And if you buy only a few PVOLVE pieces at a time like I did, PVOLVE streaming costs only $14.99 a month versus TA’s $90 a month…. So, naturally I am converting. TODAY.

Expensive branded PVOLVE slant board but pretty hefty layers of wood
This slant board is similar to others I have but double or triple the thickness of wood. It's pretty pricy at 94 dollars but part of that $$$ is paying for the PVOLVE name and design. What is nice is that this is made of thick layered plywood layers It has a rubber base and a sand paper type grippy top The slant board doubles as a flat raised platform for exercises and also has multiple levels (3) to use to stretch calves or workout (the pvolve workouts use only the flat and lowest level slant) Amazon was neglegent in packing my first one (and replacement) --all they did was slap a shipping label on the pvolve slant board box. The first arrived dented. The second arrived better but still slightly marred. Amazons fault 100%. I DO like this slant board It DOES have a mild rubber smell straight out of the box but that should dissipate ; it's not overpowering Seems relatively well made but also relatively expensive for what it is. However it should last and hold up because there are about 6-7 layers of wood on the slant board as well as the base and support. I'm glad I got it and look forward to trying out more of the PVOLVE workout sessions.

Glad I got this!
This was a more expensive piece of pvolve equipment so I wasn't sure I wanted to invest or whether I should buy a knockoff. I'm very glad I got it - it seems sturdy and it's really nice to have an additional option for pvolve workouts.

Great addition to my Pvolve collection!
I’m an avid fan of Pvolve and this slant board is the perfect addition to my collection. I tried buying a knockoff slant board, but it didn’t fold flat and some Pvolve workouts require the slant board being flat and not slanted so that didn’t work for me. This one is perfect for my workouts!

Not good Quality
The board edge has a chip. Compared to the one my sister has, the one I got has cheaper quality.

The best made Slant Board I've used
Yes, the price for this one piece of equipment appears obscene. There's no way to get around this. That said, this is the best-made Slant Board I've used. I have bought the $20-30 models off of Amazon by no-name brands and they crack underneath your feet with repeated use. Those are not quality. I've thrown out 2 of those in the past 3 years. So $60 for garbage that didn't last. I feel like this Slant Board is built to last. It's strong wood. It's not ill-fitting when you adjust it. The cheap models you'll see on here do not function cleanly. This board does. This is quality. It's sturdy. When you adjust the heights on the Slant Board it holds the adjustment. There's no rocking. It has grip material on the board's top and underside, which helps it not slide around. I'm a 5'11'' man slightly over 200lbs and this holds me with no issues. I'm using it to stretch my calves. I use it to do squats with. It's extremely versatile. One of the great features is you can drop it down to flat and use it as a small flat step. I do step-ups to rehab my knee and this is just the right height for that. It's obviously part of the Pvolve workout system and from all appearances that looks like a great workout. It just would cost me hundreds of dollars on top of this Slant Board to get all the equipment I'd need and I would need to sign up for a membership. As a Peloton user, I have no issues with membership fees if the workout and equipment is high quality. That said, I did not sign up for the Pvolve membership yet at the time of this review. I would want to get the rest of the equipment in order to properly review that. What I can tell you is if you are in the market for a Slant Board, this is probably one of the best you're going to find. The price is high. Maybe too high, but compared to what I've used in the past it's like going from a kid's bike to a professional racing bike.

Heavy Weight Quality
This slant board is definitely made with quality. The thick bamboo wood is durable and sturdy, although the price point is on the higher end. This will most likely outlast many "value" boards. My nephew (who weighs just shy of lbs.) got on it with no problem. No creaking or cracking sounds, the wood did not budge, which was not the case with the last slant board that he tried... The textured surface keeps you in place without slipping or sliding off of board. The multiple levels are great for beginners to professionals! Its ready to go right out of the box, no assembly required! Board easily folds up flat for easy storage without taking up space.
