I think this is a good value and we use it for a wide range of recipes in place of sugar.

Healthy choice with good taste

I originally thought this might have some brown sugar flavor, but it sweetens effectively and has the same flavor as the white powdered version. My husband was very pleased.

As a diabetic I started using this for my coffee. Compared to other sweeteners this seems very expensive to me. I still use regular sugar for baking because of the cost and my grandkids eat most of the baked goods anyway. It has the texture and measures like sugar which is convenient but be careful as it also has erythritol which can cause loose stools. Use sparingly. I only use 1 tsp in my coffee. The flavor isn’t exactly like sugar but does not have the after-taste of artificial sweeteners which I do not use for that reason.

Only thing I've found is don't make a gallon of tea with it and drink it all in one day........diaherraOtherwise FABULOUS

This is great for a sweetener and doesn't raise you blood sugar and tastes great with coffee, tea, over unsweetened cereal.

As a substitute for white sugar I am so pleased to report that when you eat this product you will never miss white sugar

I have ordered this before and do like it for my sugar substitute. However, it felt exceptionally lighter, so I weighed the bag, and it came up short significantly. It should be 5lb and my scale shows 4.15. I tested my scale on other items of known weight to ensure it wasn't off. This matters when the product is by weight! Will not purchase again. I specifically bought this one as it came out a bit cheaper than other erythritol/monk fruit sugar substitutes. Do not recommend this product. This item is not returnable so I've now paid more for it based on weight than I should have.
