I used these to raise a single bed approximately 12 inches. They are reasonably sturdy in terms of their being adjustable. The ones I used have four attachment holes and should be a lot stronger and more stable than adjustable legs with only two holes. The wheels are sturdy and have functional stops, however the short drywall screws that come with the package must be a joke !!A #12 size screw will fit in the attachment holes. Screws should have a coarse thread and be appropriately pre-drilled and of as long a length as the application will allow for maximum stability.Always be extremely careful in terms of stability and safety when raising furniture above what the manufacturer has designed it for, collapse can be dangerous.

My amazing sister and brother-in-law came to help me with a new home I was moving into. The previous owner left behind a beautiful antique dresser with a granite top. I saw videos on how a dresser could be made into an island. I am tall and cannot bend over too far due to recovering from surgery. My B-I-L found these. They were able to adjust my island to countertop height for me.

These are great for lower weight items. I wanted to use them under a love seat so I ended up buying 8 of them to put underneath. That holds the weight of two adults. I may end up adding 4 more just to be safe.

Everything seemed great with these installed on my very small couch. As soon as I tried to use it with the legs extended, they bent as soon as I took a seat, and I'm only 190. Very disappointing. If this product existed as a static leg that didn't extend, I think it would be sturdy enough, but honestly the 4 screws per leg they provided seemed pretty short too.

Not terribly useable fully extended. I wanted to be able to add height to a cabinet, but also use the wheels to move it around. At full extension they were wobbly and would bend when trying to roll the cabinet. We ended up keeping them down all the way, which only added about half the height I wanted. Also, as others have mentioned, the screws are tiny and need to be replaced with longer screws for stability.
