I put in a protein smoothie every morning and it blends well. No stringy, clumpy residue left when rinsing. Taste is fine as I don’t know it’s in there. The fiber, both soluble and insoluble is higher than most fiber so you don’t need as much. I recommend

I would give this fiber supplement five stars if not for the icky flavor. I love that it’s organic and contains soluble and insoluble fiber. I don’t love the taste. It kinda reminds me of drinking dirt or rotting fruit.

Pretty good as I mix it half and half with Metamucil which contains aspartame and yellow dye no. 6. It makes it half as toxic while I lose weight.

I have been using one scoop of this product daily to increase by fiber intake. I add it to water or to a protein drink, and it tastes fine but is a little bit gritty tasting. I tried adding it to my coffee once and did not enjoy the way it tasted with the coffee. Other than that I am enjoying this product and I feel like I am getting the benefit I was hoping for.

Has the worst taste. I didn’t want to waste the product so I had to hold my nose while drinking it down. Even when added to proteins shakes it gave them a sour taste. Absolutely disgusting!

This stuff was the most affordable or organic product that looked amazing and I was so excited! But I just finished my first bag and I have to say I can only have a half a scoop or I am literally running for the toilet! So it kind of defeats the point if I can’t get The quantity that I’m looking for but until I find something better than this is I guess …
