I bought the specific strength ( yellow piece) that is recomended for exercising my hands. The one that was delivered to me is useless, too much strength ( blue one) that I can not handle.

I do not use it. Donated to thrift store.
I am an elderly woman with diminished strength. This was so very easy to squeeze that it was/is useless for me. Therefore, it did nothing to strengthen my hand grip.

Had this for rehabilitation of my trigger finger surgery , only lasted 3 months before the web tore.Not very satisfied, did not do anything out of the ordinary to cause the inner web to tear
