Great set. Interesting build and looks cool on display Usual Lego quality

This has been the most difficult build for me yet. The tail feathers kept falling off every time I clipped the back of the Kingfisher on so they’ve stayed off for now. I will return to it at some point but just not today. Looks fab in an acrylic display case. Value for money as it was in the sale and a quality piece yet again from Lego. Not as easy either to slot the bird onto the stand and clip it on. Took me numerous go’s to get it.

You can’t really go wrong with Lego. It’s a brand I trust. My daughter loves the Kingfisher. It is bagged up into the sections and the instructions are clear and well laid out. Well worth the money for a Christmas gift that kept my daughter entertained for hours while she built it.

Bought as a gift and after some months it still stands up and looks really good also it is bigger than I thought. the colours i thought would begin to fade already as it sits in sunlight on a shelf however its still bright as it was when it was first bought.

Just finished this beauty, looks gorgeous and is an incredible show piece if you're an animal lover. I did find a lot of the building quite repetitive; making the water, which takes a very long time; making the left and right wing, which use a mirrored process and even the stand requires a lot of 'copy pasting'. Value wise though (£34.99), it is justified!

Fantastic kit and model is lovely to display. Bought for 11year old Lego addict and was fine for him to build and gave him a little challenge which was what we wanted

Nice to put down as decoration and fun while building

Comme toujours, Lego me surprend, avec de nouvelles idées et des designs toujours plus beaux. Le martin pêcheur est un set facile à construire, avec beaucoup de détails, et le prix est très correct au vu du résultat final. La seule petite difficulté selon moi a été d'assembler les pièces bleues foncées mais cela ne m'a pas empêchée de passer du bon temps et de me détendre, la notice est toujours aussi bien faite.
