UPDATE SEPTEMBER 28, 2023:I used the mic with a Lightning/USB-A adapter connected to an old iPad Mini, and it also works perfectly. My wife and daughter used it to sing on a popular Japanese karaoke app and it recorded their voices perfectly and was a lot of fun! Moreover thanks to the filters it didn't pick up my toddler talking and shouting in another room.ORIGINAL REVIEW:This mic is so super cool to have on your desk during Zoom calls or Discord chats, but it has a few minor issues that I must advise.For starters, the mic is very well protected in its box, so you're almost certain it won't arrive broken or damaged. Assembly is a piece of cake, just make sure the mic itself hangs over the round part of the stand, otherwise it will fall backward.I used this on a Linux computer and it was recognized immediately as "USB AUDIO" soundcore generic audio input device. It worked right away in Firefox and VLC and was easy to begin chatting and recording audio.The mic itself has some really neat and useful features. It has a 1/8" (3.5mm) headphone jack at the front, the round thing at the bottom can be rotated to adjust the input volume, and the top button can be tapped to mute the mic (which also turns off the LEDs), or held for 3 seconds to change the RGB colors.The colors are a bit of a gimmick but it's still just so fun to look at, particularly with the automatically changing colors.The mic stand is heavy which is reassuring, it won't tip over if you bump it slightly, and it's easy to adjust the position of the mic, however the height is not adjustable and that's unfortunate.This mic also works with iPhone/iPad devices, but there's no included lightning adapter (although there's a USB-C adapter).Despite those minor issues, I think this mic is legit and will see a lot of usage over the next few years.
