Ortho-Glide Knee Exerciser/Slider for Rehabilitation After Surgery

Following my knee surgery, bought this ortho-glide to exercise in bed, which was previously very difficult. The ortho-glide made the exercise so much easier and more effective. What a marvelous device! Extraordinarily simple, very cheap and actually works! My knee flexibility has improved dramatically since starting to use the ortho-glide. Would recommend this device to anybody who has knee surgery.

I have been using this fro 6 weeks post total knee replacement. It<s simple to use. Small enough to use anywhere I find myself sitting and waiting. I carry it with me for those appts I know I'll be waiting. Even took it to the gym to use with my other workouts for extra stretch

I have not used this yet, but have practiced with it and believe it will do what I need.

I had bilateral knee replacement and really helped with my heel glides in bed.

This is very small and is difficult to use because of the size. I was ale to get more benefit by using a towel.

Overpriced small frisbee

The slider boards to use after knee replacement are very expensive. This little plastic device does the trip and its size makes it easy to use and to store when not in use. I will recommend it for anyone I know having knee replacement surgery.

This is a super little gadget, a small round “plastic disc” with a padded indent for the heel of your foot, well made, portable and light it has been a great help with my post knee replacement excercise regime. I’m just a few weeks post surgery I use it regularly for doing my exercises in bed or sitting on a chair. The need to be able to straighten and bend the new knee well has been emphasised again and again by the physiotherapy team to optimise knee function, this gadget has made that experience less painful and more effective. I almost bought an American gadget ($135) I’d seen on YouTube, so glad I didn’t!

Great inexpensive little device that does exactly what is is meant to. Portable, lightweight and very easy to use.

This is a simple concept, like a minny Frisby glider with a place for your heel in the centre , you insert removable little adhesive inserts to cushion the heel, then either in your chair, bed or floor you can practice straightening and bending your new knee with a gliding yet fully controlled safe motion, so small a price to pay for an excellent recovery aid, that can be popped in a handbag. They also do replacement adhesive heel supports revolutionary!!!

This was a great disappointment. Waste of money. So minus 5 for me
