Disappointed
I bought this and it was a 9x13 size canvas feel product. The printing on it was clear. The product was rolled up tight in a tight cylinder. It was quality but won’t stay on the wall so I can use it for my exercise routine. I have used multiple different things. Tape, thumb tacks. Stronger tape., comes off the wall each time.

No instructions like length of time or reps
I like the yoga photos but there are no instructions - like length of time to do them or number or reps. I've never done yoga and thought I would do this but so far I haven't for that reason.
