Not a good purchase
I purchased the largest of these but didn't realize they might be the the largest where there made but in America they are a size 8 lady's.

I cant figure out which side should be touching my feet and which side should be next to the shoe. Can’t find a picture to confirm. Both sides where a bit uncomfortable. I will keep trying because I feel that the product might still help my feet.

They don’t work
I work in a warehouse and I am on my feet 8 hours a day. I tried the product but felt no difference and had to take them out of my shoes as they were uncomfortable to wear. You are better off buying a good orthopedic shoe sole and get better support for your feet. Save your money, the quality is bad
